Airmeez integrates with unified communication systems — Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Cisco Webex among them. Incoming calls route through your existing UC system to the Airmeez AI Assistant cloud.
AI call answering
The AI greets the caller, understands natural speech, and responds conversationally — with answers grounded in secure database dips, trained company information, and approved knowledge from large language models.
Appointment management
Schedule, reschedule, or cancel via voice or chat. The AI offers available slots and sends a confirmation with next steps.
Voicemail, transcribed
Callers transfer to voicemail with your policies relayed, and voicemails are transcribed and delivered via SMS or email.
Optional advanced modules
