These terms are an agreement between you and Airmeez Inc. (“Airmeez”, “we”) governing your use of this website. By using the site you accept them; if you do not accept them, do not use the site.
These terms cover the website only. Use of Airmeez software is governed by the End User License Agreement or, where one exists, the signed agreement between Airmeez and your organization — the signed agreement controls. How personal information is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
Using the site
You may use this site to learn about Airmeez and to contact us. You agree not to:
- interfere with the operation or security of the site, or attempt to gain access to systems or data the site does not offer you;
- use automated tools to scrape or harvest the site in a way that burdens it, or to collect information about other visitors;
- submit content through the site’s forms or chat that is unlawful, deceptive, or that you do not have the right to share;
- use the site to send spam or to misrepresent who you are.
Site content and ownership
The content of this site — text, graphics, logos, and design — belongs to Airmeez or is used with permission. You may view the site and share links to it, and you may quote or print pages for evaluating Airmeez products. Beyond that, do not reproduce or reuse site content, or use the Airmeez name or logo, without our written permission.
Product information
Product descriptions on this site are general information, not an offer or a commitment. What a given deployment includes, and the terms it runs under, are set by the agreement between Airmeez and the customer organization. If anything on this site conflicts with a signed agreement, the agreement controls.
Forms, chat, and email
When you contact us through the site’s forms, the chat assistant, or email, you are giving us that information so we can respond — the Privacy Policy describes exactly where it goes. Ideas or feedback you choose to send us about our products may be used by Airmeez without obligation to you.
Third-party services
Parts of this site rely on third-party services — the chat widget is operated by its provider, and the partner Deal Registration form is hosted by Google. Links from this site may lead to sites we do not control. Those services and sites have their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

This website is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it always will be.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Airmeez is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — this website, and our total liability for any claim relating to the website is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the revised version is published on this page with a new effective date, and your continued use of the site after that date is acceptance of the revised terms.
